GREENRESEARCH MANUSCRIPT TEMPLATE & SUBMISSION CHECKLIST
SECTION A: STANDARD MANUSCRIPT TEMPLATE
Authors are required to structure their manuscripts using the following standardized format. Submissions that do not comply may be returned before review.
1. Title Page
- Full Title of the Paper (Clear, concise, and descriptive)
- Author Name(s)
- Institutional Affiliation(s)
- Corresponding Author Email Address
- Phone Number (optional but recommended)
2. Abstract (200–300 Words)
The abstract must:
- Clearly state the purpose of the study
- Briefly describe the methodology
- Highlight key findings
- Present the main conclusion or implication
3. Keywords (4 Words)
- Must reflect the core themes of the paper
- Should support discoverability and indexing
4. Introduction
- Background of the study
- Problem statement
- Objectives of the study
- Research questions or hypotheses
- Significance of the study
5. Literature Review
- Review of relevant and recent studies
- Identification of research gaps
- Theoretical or conceptual framework
6. Methodology
- Research design
- Population and sample
- Data collection methods
- Data analysis techniques
- Ethical considerations (where applicable)
7. Results / Findings
- Presentation of data (tables, charts, or narrative)
- Clear and structured reporting of results
8. Discussion
- Interpretation of findings
- Comparison with existing literature
- Implications of results
9. Conclusion and Recommendations
- Summary of key findings
- Practical, academic, or policy recommendations
10. References
- Must follow APA 7th Edition
- Ensure all in-text citations are properly referenced
- Avoid outdated, unverified, and irrelevant sources
SECTION B: FORMATTING TEMPLATE REQUIREMENTS
All manuscripts must comply with the following:
- Font: Times New Roman
- Font Size: 12 (Body), 14 (Headings)
- Line Spacing: 1.5
- Alignment: Justified
- Page Numbering: Bottom center or top right
- Margins: Standard (1 inch on all sides)
- File Format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)
SECTION C: SUBMISSION CHECKLIST (MANDATORY)
Before submission, authors must confirm that their manuscript meets all the following requirements:
1. Structure & Completeness
- The manuscript follows the Greenresearch standard structure
- All required sections are included
- The abstract is within the required word limit
- Keywords are provided
2. Formatting Compliance
- The document follows the prescribed font and spacing
- Headings and subheadings are properly organized
- Tables and figures are clearly labeled
3. Referencing & Citations
- APA 7th Edition referencing style is used consistently
- All in-text citations are included in the reference list
- References are recent and relevant
4. Language & Clarity
- The manuscript is written in clear academic English
- Grammar and spelling have been checked
- The argument is logically presented
5. Originality & Integrity
- The work is original and not previously published
- The manuscript has not been submitted elsewhere
- Plagiarism level is within acceptable limits (≤ 20%)
6. Authorship & Contribution
- All listed authors contributed significantly
- Author details are correctly provided
- No authorship misrepresentation exists
7. Methodological Soundness
- The research design is clearly explained
- Data collection and analysis methods are appropriate
- Findings are supported by evidence
8. Ethical Compliance
- Ethical standards have been followed
- Necessary approvals (if applicable) are acknowledged
9. AI Usage Disclosure
- AI tools used (if any) have been properly disclosed
- The manuscript reflects the author’s original intellectual contribution
10. Alignment with Greenresearch Standards
- The manuscript aligns with the journal scope
- The study demonstrates academic or practical relevance
- The paper contributes to knowledge, policy, or practice
SECTION D: OPTIONAL BUT STRONGLY RECOMMENDED
To improve acceptance chances, authors are encouraged to:
- Include recent (last 5–10 years) scholarly references
- Ensure strong problem definition and justification
- Demonstrate clear contribution or novelty
- Maintain consistency between objectives, methods, and findings
SECTION E: SUBMISSION NOTE TO AUTHORS
Submission of a manuscript implies that:
- The author has carefully reviewed and complied with all guidelines
- The manuscript is ready for editorial and peer review
- The author is willing to revise the manuscript if required
Failure to comply with these requirements may result in:
- Delayed review process
- Request for resubmission
- Rejection at the screening stage
