However, publication is not automatic and is not guaranteed by payment. All manuscripts undergo a defined editorial and review process to ensure they meet the platform’s scholarly expectations.

  • Authors are responsible for grammar, spelling, and coherence
  • Submissions with poor language quality may be returned for revision before review

4. Submission Process

All manuscripts submitted to Greenresearch follow a structured process:

Step 2: Editorial Screening

The manuscript is reviewed for:

  • Payment of Article Processing Charges (APC) does not guarantee acceptance.

6. Ethical Standards and Compliance

6.1 Originality

  • Manuscripts must be original and not previously published
  • Simultaneous submission to multiple platforms is prohibited

6.2 Plagiarism Policy

  • Acceptable similarity threshold: ≤ 20% (excluding references)
  • Acceptable Ai usage threshold: ≤ 15% (including references)
  • Higher similarity levels may lead to rejection

6.3 Authorship

  • All listed authors must have made meaningful contributions
  • Ghostwriting and authorship misrepresentation are prohibited

6.4 Data Integrity

  1. Data must be accurate, verifiable, and ethically obtained
  2. Fabrication or falsification of data will result in rejection

7. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Usage Policy

Greenresearch acknowledges the evolving role of artificial intelligence in research and writing.

Authors may use AI tools for:

  1. Language improvement
  2. Idea structuring
  3. Preliminary drafting support

However:

  • AI must not replace original intellectual contribution
  • AI-generated content must be reviewed, validated, and refined by the author
  • Where applicable, authors must disclose AI usage

Greenresearch reserves the right to reject manuscripts where AI usage compromises originality or academic integrity.

8. Post-Acceptance Process

Upon acceptance:

9. Rejection and Appeals Policy
