No-Refund Policy

Greenresearch operates a strict no-refund policy.
Once payment is made regardless of stage or circumstance, the APC cannot be refunded. This policy applies to all journals without exception.

Reasons include:

  1. Editorial and production costs begin immediately after acceptance.

  2. Services covered by APCs (integrity checks, editorial handling, formatting, DOI assignment, system allocation, etc.) are initiated right after payment.

  3. Authors are strongly encouraged to ensure completeness and accuracy before paying the APC.

7. What should I do before paying the APC?

Ensure that:

  2. The accepted version of your manuscript is properly finalized

8. Can I request a waiver or discount?

Greenresearch may offer partial waivers or discounts in limited situations such as:

9. How do I make the APC payment?
