This study attempts to investigates how the integration of these cutting-edge technologies might lessen the influence of Alternative Dispute Resolution ADR within the court system, thereby creating a more efficient, accessible, and fair judicial landscape. By evaluating existing applications and their effects, with aim to uncover the pathways for future breakthroughs that could alter conflict resolution. increasing complexity of contemporary legal disputes necessitates innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) processes within the court system the paper explores the integration of cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, and online dispute resolution ODR platforms, into ADR mechanisms to mitigate challenges traditionally faced by courts, including backlog, accessibility, and user engagement.
